My new stream box keeps cutting out every 10 - 30 mins...it's been weeks now. When I call up Virgin are unhelpful.... driving me insane. I WISH I STAYED WITH SKY STREAM...I refuse to pay...worst service i have experienced...only been 3 months...is this normal?

How is the Stream box powered? Is it plugged into a usb port on the back of your TV, or are you using the Stream power/ethernet adapter?
In what way is the Stream box cutting out? Black screen? Pixelated picture? Sound drop?
Are any error messages displayed such as 'CS1001 Connection error' when you have these issues ?
If so check the /VMcare/Stream%20Error%20Codes.pdf page for possible fixes.
