Subscribed to entertainment package on stream box, just trying to access channels via the Apple TV app, don’t seem to have all the channels, BBC. Sky channels appear in the list however have a padlock or can’t view/ just dont work.
Is this because it’s on Apple TV or is it something else. Thanks

Asking to view a BBC channel on TV Go will automatically send you to the BBC iPlayer. They are not available directly through the app. Sky channels are likely to have restrictions on them, especially the Sports channels, which apart from Sky Sports News & Sky Sports Mix, must be accessed via the Sky Sports app with your VM login.

Hi there @testeri1
Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, it's great to have you here.
I am sorry for the confusion regarding your new stream service, have you been able to access BBC as outlined by our community member nodrogd?

BBC Channels are via iPlayer. The sole reason for this is because both Sky and VM originally wanted their own branding and colour scheme and the BBC did not want viewers to think it was a third party supplying the content via subscription rather than what was available direct from their tv license. Despite discussions over branding, colour and layout, agreement could not be reached.
