Hi
I just added TNT sports which showed as only £5 extra per month (£18 a month with a £13 discount) but now added, the email confirmation says it is £16.20 per month?
Has anyone else had this happen? I don't fancy paying that much for it.

Moderators making an admission and the truth are two different things. The moderators have also stated that a text has been sent to all affected customers - not one person has stated that this has been received. I will draw my own conclusion - this was a pricing error, not a promotion - a promotion would have been advertised as a splash on the home page - this wasn’t.

Yeap… we have been scammed, it’s one thing having an error, another charging people the wrong amounts and not offering a refund

To be fair to the mods. They have been in contact with myself and corrected the billing to show a credit of £11.20 - so the net cost of TNT is £5.00 but I haven’t received any text or official communication from VM about this

The problem here is that they haven't been in touch with everyone on this thread including me.
It would be fairer if they actually contacted everyone on this thread with the issue, I have been told by customer service that my bill is being credited - even making a complaint I was told it was sorted.
My billing page shows no credit or update.
I will never upgrade anything on stream again as they cannot be trusted.
It has been a complete farce from the start.

I got a credit of £11.20 when my monthly bill was generated a couple of days ago and today I have received a text saying I will be charged £5 per month from my next bill.

Hi, it’s VMO2. We've incorrectly charged you for TNT Sports. Sorry about that but we've fixed the issue now. You will be charged £5 per month for TNT Sports from your next bill. If you paid any additional charges over the discounted price, these have been credited to your account. If you have any questions just reply right here & one of our agents will be in touch.

I actually cannot believe this saga is still ongoing.
i raised a complaint and was given a goodwill credit and reduction on my bill last month which they did after the bill was generated, so apparently it was done at the ‘back end’ and the direct debit came out for the notified lower amount.
this months bill has just been generated and it’s nearly £50 more than it should be including a late payment fee.
Bearing in mind I added TNT Sports for only 30 days as the deal was not honoured and it has since gone off.
Why the hell is my bill £50 more than it should be.
This is beyond shocking. I am so angry now.
