TNT sport price query

Hi

I just added TNT sports which showed as only £5 extra per month (£18 a month with a £13 discount) but now added, the email confirmation says it is £16.20 per month?

Has anyone else had this happen? I don't fancy paying that much for it.

Pretty sure we are all going to be charged £16.20? I reckon BBC watchdog and OFCOM would be really interested in this

Why aren’t any VM staff helping with this ? It’s clearly affecting customers

I would be interested in this offer with the £13 discount.  I can see this offer on my stream box.

The £16,20 you've got on the emails is the standard 10% discount you get on other packages

My bill has now been generated and I’ve been charged the full amount. Spoke to the customer service team who either couldn’t understand my issue or weren’t too keen to help.

I have exactly the same problem.

Onto WhatsApp chat and they can’t add the discount and are asking me for screenshots. An hour and a half so far and onto the 3rd person - what a complete and utter farce.

For a communication company they are severely lacking. It is beyond frustrating.

I already have it free through EE for a few more months so thought I would grab the offer now as it is a great price.
