I just gave my stream box a reboot and now it is coming up as Account Error CS1011 - We are unable to retrieve your account details
It was working fifteen minutes ago
Any help from the forum team is appreciated- I have rebooted to no avail.

I can’t do a thing with the box it is as if it has been taken off the system entirely although Virgin Go is working, just don’t reboot it. It won’t come back on

As an update I was given fault reference (F011177623) which apparently no longer exists

I can confirm that just before 5pm following another restart and hours on WhatsApp that everything is working as it should
