I get standard netflix free with my package and pay 4.99 extra to get the premium, from the 17th decemeber my netflix account has been on hold and I've been notified netflix has attempted multiple times to take 17.99 from an expired bank card.
Why has my account been put on hold, as far as I'm aware I'm still in contract, my bills are upto date, I did speak to someone in netflix who said it was virgin who stopped the account and the person I spoke to in virgin didn't understand what I was telling him and basically fobbed me off.
