Lip sync issue on Sky Replay. All other channels are fine.

Anyone else noticing this?

Hi Richard 

Sorry to see you are having problems with the Stream box.

is this happening on any particular program on Sky Replay? 

I've just checked Most Haunted and DC's Legends of Tomorrow and had no problems.

Just to rule out a few things.  Are you using a soundbar, and if so which model and how is connected?

If you are using  asoundbar, is there any difference if you try the sound from the TV instead?

It's happening on the soundbar and TV speakers. It's not just out of sync but the sound is poor too. It's happening on all programmes on Sky Replay and also the 2 Movies24 channels .
