Advice please-thanks in advance.
It seems VM have perfected the impossibility of actually being contacted in almost every way! Cannot speak to a human, live chat/text etc doesn’t work….
Rented a film yesterday evening which failed to stream properly making it virtually unwatchable. Lots of re-booting the box, stopping and starting etc. I don’t think it unreasonable to get a full refund. Any ideas how to progress this? Thanks.
