Hi
I have a Virgin media 360 box and looking to get multi-room. Just thinking would it be possible to get Virgin Stream as my multi room box as I would not like another Virgin Cable in the additional room, would like to run it over wifi.
Plus how much would this cost extra

If you have a 360 box then AFAIK you can only have a mini box for multi room so you would need a coax connection for live TV. If you were in a new full fibre area you could have I think it's 6 stream / flex boxes but no recording facilities because you wouldn't have a box with a hard drive.

That’s right you can have up to 6 Flex boxes in XPON areas, extra £10 a month plus Mega tv not sure if it’s £10 per extra box, be prepared if you try & order one it’s a nightmare, see my post “Nightmare ordering extra Flex box”

If you are in one of VMs traditional cable TV franchise areas then multi room is provided through the traditional broadcast TV system (V360 uses broadcast technology).
Broadcast & IPTV formats are classed as two different subscription entities by the broadcasters, plus the two types of box cannot interact with each other, hence VM won’t mix them on the same account.
