sky channels and cinema UHD on demand

Can someone please confirm this? I've gone around the houses with customer relations. Does the Stream box offer sky-on-demand in UHD? I am subscribed to the entertainment and cinema pack. I see the option for UHD on-demand to view next to the programme; however, when I click to watch, it says subscribe; when I click subscribe, it says I already have the pack! Customer relations can't add anything or give me an answer!

The Sky UHD add on is not currently available via Stream although things might change in time it is an entirely different service to the main one which does carry the above.

UHD is only available on TNT Sports and the Virgin UHD Channel via Stream

That's a shame does that also extend to VM UHD channel and on-demand programmes?

Yes the UHD programming on the Virgin UHD channel is also available on stream.

None of the Sky services on Virgin are in HDR
