Like a lot of posts I cannot access / add / manage any ‘add ons’ for my Stream Box
i keep getting the following error code (which isn’t on any of the Help sections on the website)
the QR code is also a dead end. I have seen other posters getting support with IT, is there a specific link to raise a ticket with them?

I have had to bookmark it as it was hard to find.

The sad thing is that they seem to treat stream as a 3rd rate product and even when it goes down there is no way of testing it as it says I have no TV service with them.

We're sorry to hear you're unable to manage your stream add ons.
Are you trying to manage the subscriptions via your online My Virgin Media account here? Or via the home page on your stream box? Instructions on how to do this both ways can be found here here
Please try both methods and pop back to us when you can.
