Is SSHD billed in advance, trying to estimate additional costs to existing Stream package,

I think TNT Sports was advance billed.

Gone ahead with SS HD Pack.

Decent HD quality.

Maybe next Bill should reveal Advance or Partial Bill.

All your billing will be done in advance. Once you've made any changes, you'll be billed a pro-rata charge for the time you've had the services plus then a month in advance so your first bill after making the changes will be a little higher than usual.
