Replacement stream box

Hello, new user here. I was fitting a new TV the other day and misplaced my stream box, cannot find it anywhere at all. I've had the house upside down, really annoying!

My question is, does anyone know if I can get a replacement from VM and how I would go about getting one?

As it is only one per account it may be difficult, even worse if you don’t return the stream box at the end of your contract they will charge you up to £60

Thought so, no worries. I've just found out I can stream the football from the Virgin TV Go website live on my LG TV so I'll just use that for now. If I have to pay at the end of my contract so be it, maybe it will turn up by then.
