No power my tv stream box
Where you plug in the power cable at the back of the box it don't clip in its like the bit inside the box has moved back so I have no tv at all

I am so sorry to hear that you are facing this issue, is this a recent delivery or has this happened to an existing box at your property?
Are you able to share an image of the issue?
