Hub 5x won’t connect to VMConnect app

Question

Hi all&nbsp;I Signed up for virgin around 5 months ago and since install I haven’t been able to connect my Hub5x to the VMConnect app. I go through the setup and then get an error saying it can’t find my hub. Any ideas?&nbsp;

Can you sign in and access the settings?Once you've done this try the app again.

Done this and still getting the same issue unfortunately&nbsp;

Uninstall the app and use the Hub's admin console instead?&nbsp; When I had VM I never used the app.
