I can’t watch TV on my streambox because I get this error code.
I use wifi and not Ethernet cable, however, the box is next to the TV and stream box so there shouldn’t be an issue.
i only have 2/3 other devices so the internet shouldn’t be slow.
I have spent hours and hours on the phone with virgin media and every time they “fix it” I have the same issue when I turn off tv off and on again.
