CS2017 code

I've just had all my channels go off on my stream box and a channel failed message come up with a prompt to phone them is this likely to be a quick fix or am I going to have to spend hours on the phone and several engineer visits to solve the problem

    VM have had issues in various areas with both broadband and TV this afternoon. Most posts show that it's all working again now, however it isn't fixed everywhere yet.

    Have you used the online /service-status checker?

    The service status checker for my area shows it's still ongoing 

    There's a TV issue in xxxxx

    Last updated today, 0:13am.
