when trying to download a game off any type of launcher for example steam my maximum download speed is 9mb maybe 10mb if im lucky. i am on ethernet and have boosters. another problem is that everytime i play a game my internet just stays at a constant 100-200 ping and then spikes to 800-900 every 10-20 seconds. for context on the guaranteed speeds i have M500 fibre broadband. if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated
