Hi,
I have had volt for 2 weeks, I have just trued to test the speed I'm getting but the virgin media connect app says I'm not at home (I am, I'm also connected to the hub). It says if you can't use the app to go on www.samknows.com/realspeed, so I did but that says it can't run the test on my network.
I doubt I'm getting the speed I should be in two of our rooms and so will want the WiFi pods but I can't get them until the app works. Help.

Are you on the same Wifi band as the Hub? Also do not use any VPN's or iOS Private Relay. Just double check these things before trying the app again. Have you any other devices you can try Samknows on?
