How do you order Wi-Fi pods? I was sent one by Virgin staff on here over a year ago which fixed the slow connection in 1 bedroom however the other bedrooms are about 15mbps.
Our speed in other areas of the house are in around 300mbps.
I need 2 pods to fix the black spots in my home. I am on Volt.

Were sorry to hear about the WiFi issues you are having in some rooms.
We can only order one pod at a time.
You should be able to order your second pod via the connect app.
If you are unable to order this there, please pop back to us and we can help further.

The app is not giving me the option to order, instead it tries linking me to activate MAX.
I have ran tests in every room with poor results.

What happens if you go through the process of signing up for Wi-Fi Max?
If you're on Volt benefits and have a Wi-Fi pod already installed, you should already have this service free of charge.

The process of ordering through MAX option is just a looping circle and doesn’t get me anywhere. This may because I’ve already received one before as it was sent by Virgin team from messages on here.
I have tried speaking with the team on live chat. Getting ridiculous now. Should be a lot more simple to order these pods whether they charge for them or not. Not impressed.
