Upload downgraded after maintenance

There was maintenance in my area on the 28th after my service came back up my config file is limiting me to 50Mb upload, I was previously getting 100Mb upload. Why the downgrade? It’s not a speed test issue my config file is the limiting factor.

Do you have a DOCSIS 3.1 upstream channel, or at least six DOCSIS 3.0 upstream channels?

Yes, like I said I was getting 100Mb until the planned maintenance.

Hi BrokenHope,

Thank you for your post. I'm very sorry to hear about your upload speed.

How has the service been since your last post?

No change, the config file being sent to my superhub is still only providing a 50Mb upload speed.

Thanks for coming back to us @BrokenHope.

Sadly the image looks a bit on the small side to make out in full.

Can you please confirm if the service issues experienced are still ongoing?

Do please also keep tabs on our Service Status Checker https://virg.in/service or Service Status Line 0800 561 0061 for an update on any outages that may re-emerge in your local area.

Thanks,

It’s fine if you click on the image.

what use will the service status staus page do? I’m not being sent the correct configuration file to my Superhub. There’s nothing I can do about that, Virgin needs to send the correct file.

In this case, @BrokenHope ,to further look into this, we have sent you a private message. Please keep an eye out for an envelope at the top right corner of your Forum page. Let me know if you have any issues locating this.
