Upgrades - Oops sorry not working

I've been contemplating increasing my broadband speed but whichever set of links I try to approach this subject via I get an "Oops sorry this isn't working" message. I have a feeling this isn't the only link not working - frustrating I have to say.

Don't order more speed to improve Wi-Fi coverage, add more Wi-Fi Repeaters or Access Points / Mesh.

VM do now appear to prefer to have customers speak to an untrustworthy offshore sales agent,
having an normal online order process is far too transparent and customer friendly for VM.

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with upgrading your broadband speed. Sometimes this can be due to a special discount on your account. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security. 

I've sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you're using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you're on a mobile/tablet device then instead, click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
