Your response was on Friday and as VM personal do not work 24 x 7 I would not expect a response until at least Monday.

Hi i have seen as i said before the speed change shows in the connect app but my speed over wifi for devices is not near the speed as shown on the below screen shots
also the my account has not changed to show the different speed plan

Can someone explain why my speed is not near to the plan speed I was on 250 now 500 and getting 300 on wifi 5ghz right next to router.
Is my router faulty as on connection at it shows the 540 speed to router??
Can any help with some advice on what you need to do get higher speed??
