Unable to reset Router

Hi Team - I`ve been on the app and carried out a factory reset of the router, this didn`t improve the speed ( currently 22 mbs stood by router, worse else where ) . I then turned the router off, paused and rebooted - again no improvement. I then pressed the reset button - again no improvement. To note though when reset or powered down the white light came on solid straight away.  I`ve just been on the web to get the system tested again, but getting a message to say the test isn`t available just now.  Any advice gratefully received 😞 Many thanks

What Hub model is it ?

Connect a device directly to the Hub on your ethernet cable and run a speedtest at

https://www.speedtest.net/

Report back what that gets

Try a 60 second factory pinhole reset as below;
Remove any ethernet cables from the Hub and hold the pinhole reset switch for 60 seconds. Do NOT reboot the Hub, just let it do it's thing. Note you will need the passwords from the bottom of the Hub afterwards, so make sure they are legible. NOTE this will remove any custom settings you may have set in the Hub, and they will all have to be setup again.
