Just been in a chat with somebody from virgin media on what's app to get the symmetrical speed add on added to my account but my experience was not the best. Is it possible a mod on here can help me get this added to my account please

Let's see. The synchronous service went live on (checks notes) 7 February so just over seven months ago. I would hope that it was at least a year in the pipeline ahead of that. So a year and a half to get the staff in India and the Philippines trained up and the abacus-based billing systems up to date ready for your live chat today. Or not.

What service are you on now? If you have a Hub 5x there is a possibility you may be able to get a symmetrical service. Otherwise, no.
