So so annoying since being a customer of theres before there telewest takeover that I still cant actually get symmetrical speeds same up and down?? Granted XGN-PON 2gig / 2gig is coming but im not holding my breath? I bet ill have to wait another 10 years at least??

It's great to hear you're excited about the XGS-PON symmetrical speeds, we have just launched these so are doing it area by area.

They don't care how long you've been a customer for: neither should you. If they aren't supplying what you want at a price you want to pay go elsewhere if able. 

Symmetrical will be available once your area is upgraded and released for sale. No timescales officially released for each area.

We all get what we signed up for at the time we signed up for it. No promises of what might be available in the future or when.
