Slow wifi at night

Every night at around 10.30pm, the Wi-Fi suddenly slows down to a painful crawl to the point where it is unusable. Even stood next to the router.Ant other time there are no issues.

I have the same issue and told the same thing....every night like clockwork we can't stream TV or anything after 10pm. It's got to the point we have to make our phones wifi hot spots...and this is 500mb+ fibre.... really starting to regret getting this. Still no word on  a fix from virgin official on here???
