Been with virgin 13 years, upgraded package a few weeks ago, was getting 250mps new download speed 350mps, lost Internet so virgin reset my hub, done this online, lost all recordings on TV box, download speed is now 136mps, called 150 spoke to virginn rep somewhere in the phillipines, found it difficult to get her to understand that I was paying for 350mps download speed, but only getting 136 mps, assured me it would be sorted, nothings changed, still only getting 136mps, very frustrated with virgin, don't know where to go from here other than leaving virgin, 150 helpline isn't fit for purpose.

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue and thank you again for posting. Can I ask if you are noticing issues on any wired connections you might have as well as WiFi?
