Just installed new hub3 today, but the speed is 40-43. I've also reset it but the issue is still there. How can I fix it? Thanks

Seeing 40 - 43 Mb/s could be normal if that is Wi-Fi via the 2.4GHz band.

Once the test begins click on: Run full test to see all the stats.
The speed at the Hub should reflect your subscription.
The speed any WiFi device draws data at is limited by its data needs and technical abilities.

Can you clarify if this is happening on a wired connection or over WiFi?
