I've just moved from bt after 3-4 years with them and in the less than 1 month I've been with virgin my WiFi has stopped about 10 times while I've been present. It doesnt last long. It's like turning the router of and on again. It's a pain in the ass. My bt never stopped this many times in the entire time I had it.
I've got the 1gb so the latest hub as far as I know..
Is this normal from virgin?

If you are not using Pods, switch off the "Smart Wifi" This will prevent the Hub from changing Wifi channels that cause short outages.

Hi hopzz
We're sorry to hear of the wireless network issues experienced and drop outs, we can understand the frustration and appreciate you raising this via the forums. Welcome to the community.
When you have been present and the drops have occurred, have they impacted wired connections also? Do the drop outs happen in specific locations or is it across all devices regardless of location?
We have some help here for wireless network trouble shooting and help here with ways to help improve the signal strength and range. You may also want to run tests on the connection and equipment here.
