Fault Ref Check - F011558465

Hoping maybe someone from the vm team would be able to chime in on this one and maybe let me know what is going on.

For the last week or so the internet in our area has been off more than it seems to have been on, constant disconnects and when it is on the speed seems to have generally declined.

Looking on the status page the last few days there is a fault listed which is F011558465 however the date seems to have changed numerous times, between the 4th, the 10th, then today it listed today as the fix, and now it's back to the 10th again

Curious what the issue is, if it's just overutilization in the area or something has or is failing.

Welcome back to the community forums. 

Sorry to hear that you've been experiencing broadband issues recently. 

Checking that fault ticket today, the outage looks to have been resolved and closed as of 7/11/24. Are you still experiencing any service issues?  

If so, can you please try firstly rebooting all the equipment to see if this helps restore the service quality after the outage to push through any updates available.
