Deadzones in house

Hi,

I got my new broadband installed on Saturday. I've always had deadzones in the house, hence going with Virgin Media as signing up for Volt 350 i was informed if i had deadzones i would receive 3 free wifi pods. I asked the engineer on Saturday and told him i should get getting the pods with the install as we have deadzones, i even tried to run the Samknows speed test as advised by one of your advisors, but it won't even get a speed rating as the wifi doesn't connect in the deadzones. Can i get some help please?

The official route is to scan your property with the VM Connect App.  Once finished this should allow you to order one Pod.   If this is not working for you, then just wait here a couple of days for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss with you.
