Constant slow speeds

Hiya,

I'm on the Gig package, and i'm not getting remotely near those speeds.  The most i seem to get at teh moment is about 400 Mbspeedtest.jpgs.

 

Any ideas please?

Run a direct wired test on this site.  Run the FULL tests and post the results

Note this does not work if you are using the Hub in modem mode

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums.

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with your speeds. We can see that you're testing the speed through WiFi. As it stands, we can see the hub is in modem mode which suggests you're using a third party router. 

Can you please disconnect this and connect to the hub via an ethernet cable and test again? This will give a much more accurate reading on what speeds you're getting.

yeah wifi is most likely the problem samknows speed test will test the speed at the hub and the device.
