I’ve getting a garden wall built and my services have gone down. I’m presuming they have severed the cable. Can anyone help?

If you can find the break a tech may be able to put a temp splice in place. If not, it will be a cable repull and this will take longer I would think.
Wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss directly with you.

I phoned the call centre in India, that was traumatic. After an hour of them doing lots of checks despite me explaining that my cable was severed they sent a technician out the next afternoon who said that my cable was severed. He referred it to “the dig a new trench” team who came out this morning and reconnected me. All sorted in 2 days which is impressive.
