Bad connection in rooms, vm connect not helpful

 So my connection is non existent in my new property in 1/2 rooms however vm connect app states 0mb is great!  There is no option to order a pod or speak to anyone.  Any help appreciated.. TIA

What subscription are you on?

Pods are £8/month unless you are on Gig1, Gig2, or Volt:

I'm on the volt package but the VM connect app doesn't help any.

You aren't actually connected to the WiFi in your screenshot, which may explain the helpfulness.

You need to move to an area that has coverage, but little enough to trigger the under 30Mbps rule.

Yeah I realise that but I have great connection then as soon as I go past a point in the house I lose connection to the router.  It's either good or total loss of signal
