I pay for a gig but never get anywhere close always get just above the minimum guaranteed. And I think it is being done on purpose to not just me my error pro 6 wired with a gigabyte connection does a speed test every morning at 7.42am why that time I haven't a clue but the speed is consistent 641 to 644mbps and 100mbps upload I would expect this at peak time. can someone explain to me why always so slow

With the pc in the hub gives the same speed as when plugged in my stuff and as for samknows says the speed to the hub 4 1050mbps and around 650mbps to pc or laptop so from the hub to whatever I connect it to is always around 644

I think you might be wrong about my equipment and don't tell me yours is running at full speed

Could you try in safe mode with networking:

I've tried pc laptop plus my eero 6 pro and you think it's something to do with the pc
Is there any point as you all seem to think it's my equipment and are blinded by virgin media check sheets and virgin stuff is amazing.
Virgin Media is the UK’s most complained about broadband provider according to the latest figures, compounding woes for the firm, which is already under investigation by the communications regulator.
Figures released by Ofcom on Thursday showed that the number of complaints made about Virgin’s internet services between July and September were nearly double that of the next-most complained about provider, with Virgin attracting about 32 complaints per 100,000 customers compared with 18 for Now Broadband

Do whatever you want. We are just trying to prove if it's the HUB at fault.
VM will just say your HUB is getting expected speed, so it's your equipment.

That's the problem sometimes just under minimum or just over and the samknows speed test is to the hub so it's only saying I'm getting it to hub that would suggest it's the hub or pc laptop or Xbox series X or eero 6 pro and the chances of all my stuff being the issue is hard to believe.
If I plug another hub in would it work?

Why cant you just plug a PC TO the hub no router and test? get a USB with Linux Mint to test

The HUBs are associated to your account so you can't use any HUB unfortunately.

I have already done that and get same speed around 645-50

Even if it's an old one that I have previously used
