We're sorry to hear you're having some issues with your connection dropping out at 10.30 each day. Running some checks here, we can see there are no faults in the area that are affecting you. We've run some tests on your hub itself and can see several of your downstream power levels are too high. We won't be able to fix this remotely so I would like to arrange for an engineer to come to take a look at this for you.
