1 gig upgrade equipment delivery

I upgraded to 1 gig via an offer shown on my virgin media account 2 weeks ago and still havent had any equipment delivered.  Not even a notification of dispatch and nothing shows on my account when i log in.  All i have is an email with my order number.  Is this normal? Thanks

all sorted.  for some reason the order wasnt processed the first time.  did it again and got the hub 5 delivered 2 days later
