ntlworld account hacked

My legacy ntlworld email address has been hacked and taken over. Numerous new app accounts are being created in my name, and I'm also receiving threatening emails. 

Please can someone take urgent action to close this account?

I also have a virgin.net account that a recent security scan has also found to be compromised.

Please help.
