Hi is it possible a contact can listen and watch me inadvertently through WhatsApp or other apps on my phone.?

Is thera a suitable safe way or software to test or check my phone and remove ?

Please advise .

Hmmm. What prompts your query? I had a malicious phishing email to my old ntlworld email address suggesting I was being spied on using spyware and demanding crypto. It was complete bow locks.

Make sure you have up to date operating systems, WhatsApp apps, and antivirus programme and run complete virus scans regularly.
