Websafe settings

My virgin media Web pages do not appear to have anywhere to check or change the websafe (childsafe?) settings.

The help page links just take you back to the my virgin media home page.  I really don't want to have to go through the painful process of making a phone call to make any changes.

In the Virgin Media online account :

Account settings >>> Online security >>> Web Safe ( Child Safe & Virus Safe )

Thanks for taking the trouble to reply.  That doesn't seem to work for me...

My Virgin media>>>>Account settings>>>> only offers three choices:

Account Details/Device authentication/VM mail settings

I'm using chrome on windows.  Any other ideas?
