Web safe not working AGAIN!!

My web safe settings have stopped working yet again. This is the 4th time this has happened this year. 
I need this fixed permanently - there is clearly a problem with Virgin’s Child Safe settings. 
Can somebody get in touch urgently please?!

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. Sorry to hear of this happening again. 

Have you got a VPN on you device/browser that you are using?

Is the settings working in private browsing mode or is the same happening?

Have you also tried a different browser?
