My web safe settings have stopped working yet again. This is the 4th time this has happened this year.
I need this fixed permanently - there is clearly a problem with Virgin’s Child Safe settings.
Can somebody get in touch urgently please?!

Have you got a VPN on you device/browser that you are using?
Is the settings working in private browsing mode or is the same happening?
Have you also tried a different browser?

Hi John - thank you.
I've it out now. It seems the app I was using doesn’t work too well with the Virgin Hub.
I’ve deleted the app and am using the http://192.168.0.1 hub to access. So far so good - the child safe settings have stayed working. I’m wondering if updating the app deleted all the settings? It’s something Birging should look into?
