Im new to Virgin Media and Virgin Media Web Safe does 'nothing' when turned on.
I've tried everything to get this to work but my whole family can still access harmful material on any device.
Can someone please fix ASAP?

Web Safe depends on user devices using Virgin Media's DNS. To confirm id this is the case, from the device on which Web Safe is not working, consider trying the following:

Has the post from @用心棒 been able to assist you in getting this resolved at all?
If this issue is still apparent, we can assist with switching web safe on for you, via our private messaging function, provided that you're the account holder for the Virgin Media subscription and can pass data protection
