Unexpected parcel

Hi I've received a virgin media parcel to my address yesterday (27/2) for a ex partner who hasn't lived here in 6 years. Im no longer in contact with them and I also didn't know which delivery company delivered it so I took it to my nearest post office and have written no longer at this address and return to sender on the parcel. I believe someone might have ordered something to my address in my ex partners name which has concerned me somewhat as my address may be being used illegitimately. Please could someone reply when possible so this can be looked into further please. Thank you

You have done the right thing in sending it back, do you have an idea what this was?

Did you or are you got  any information via letters or anything?
