From late 2023, our company IP address has been blocked by Virgin Media so we can't send any emails to @VirginMedia.com, @ntlworld.com or @blueyonder.co.uk
'Connections from your IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx have been disallowed by admin policy.'
Our IP address is not on any blacklist, is this something that can be resolved at your end?

Hello newkid2
Thanks for posting the problems experienced with sending emails to certain domains, we understand the confusion and appreciate you taking the time to raise this with us via the forums. Welcome to the community.
Can you confirm that prior to late 2023 you were able to send emails to addresses with these domains without issue? Is anything reported here for your IP address?

Hi Rob
There were no reported issues and successful email deliveries prior to late 2023. Also no issues were found on spamhaus.org in regards to our SMTP IP.
We are a service provider for regional airlines in the UK, hence sending emails on their behalf from our SMTP server. Customers with @virginmedia.com have reported issues of no emails being received by these regional airlines, looking into our logs there seems to be a block in place by Virgin Media.
Thanks.

Hi Newkid2,
Thank you for the above information, please go to netreport.virginmedia.com select "Email Sending Errors" > "Other" and then enter your details and an overview of the issue. our Web Security team will pick it up and assist in unblocking this for you.
Regards
Paul.
