Block phone from WiFi that keeps changing Mac address

I have attempted to block an iPhone from logging on to my WiFi but it looks like they keep spoofing their Mac address and reconnecting. Any ideas? Can I block all iPhones? Or somehow isolate this one? Thanks.

    It's not just iPhones. All modern phones do this.  Change the password, or take control of the device.

      That makes the 'pause' function on the app pretty redundant then it seems. Thanks for the advice. Changing password looks like the way forward.
