Turn off parental control

Hello. I cannot access the page to turn off parental controls. It says that it is a problem on your end of things. Could I have some support for this please?

Sadly this is a common fault that has persisted for over 18 months.

|As a workaround, we can bypass Child Safe and Virus Safe by setting the device to use a Public DNS.

Here is a guide from Cisco OpenDNS : https://www.opendns.com/setupguide/

To use Google Public DNS, it is the same steps but with DNS IPs  8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
