Totally unable to access Javelin Trackdays website via virgin

A website I used daily I can no longer access at all via virgin internet.

I have tried 2 different houses both with virgin internet & several computers/phones.

However, not using virgin internet. Ie work computer, phone using mobile data. I can access without issue.

The website is javelintrackdays.co.uk

Need this resolved as soon as possible please Virgin.

I'm based in Teesside and can't access the site - I don't have VM parental controls turned on.

It works for me. Open a command window and enter this:

nslookup javelintrackdays.co.uk

Doesn't work for me. Please can someone who works for Virgin Media get this resolved please. Obviously a Teesside issue with virgin media as I accessed this site daily until days ago & as per newappolo's reply also based in Teesside it is inaccessible to him.
