Web safe not working when enabled

I have the same problem and would like the web safe feature to work (which it doesn't do currently). Can someone help please?

Is the AS Name value shown here 1.1.1.1 — the Internet’s Fastest, Privacy-First DNS Resolver Virgin Media?

If Web Safe is on then browsing to VPN Service | ExpressVPN should be blocked?
