Possible scam/phishing email

Hello my wife had an email today about VM taking a direct debit for her account. As she is not the account holder we are very suspicious of this email. I have attached a jpeg screen snip of the email . Can anyone tell me if I am right to worry about this please?

I’m sorry to hear of the email that you have been sent and it's strange that a non account holder, would get such an email. Please can you send me a private message, with the email address that this email came from?
